Clockwork has powers regarding time. This includes time traveling (although Ben hasn't used it yet) and shooting green time rays. In Ben 10,000 Returns, Ben 10,000 uses his time ray to deflect Eon's own purple time ray. Clockwork's ray seems to be exactly like Eon's except that it is green, though this is mainly because green is Ben's usual color.
